Colorway
Also called colourway, color variant
One specific color combination of a design that exists in several — the same jacket in olive, navy, and rust. The word carries a discipline with it: a colorway is a variant of a fixed structure, so the drawing, the print, and the seams stay exactly put while only the color assignments change.
In practice
Standard in fashion, textiles, and toy design. Its interface cousin is the theme — same distinction, same constraint that the structure must survive the swap.
